Mikko Saarinen

Mikko Saarinen has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mikko started their career in 2003 as a designer and civil engineer at Heinolan kaupunki. Mikko then moved to Lemminkäinen Oyj in 2005, where they worked as a foreman. In 2008, they joined Destia and held roles such as Consultant, Project Manager, and Civil Engineer, as well as Railroad Design Team Leader and Project Manager. In 2016, Saarinen joined Proxion as a Business Director and later became the Managing Director of Proxion Plan Oy. In 2023, they took on the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Proxion Plan Estonia OÜ.

Mikko Saarinen completed their bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on the environment from Lahden ammattikorkeakoulu. Mikko attended the school from 1997 to 2001.
