Cindy Cheong

Director, Customer Experience & Service Delivery at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad

Cindy Cheong has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the insurance industry. Cindy began their career in 2007 as an Assistant Vice President at Great Eastern Life Assurance, where they worked until 2009. Cindy then moved on to AIA, serving as the Head of Service Delivery for Singapore from 2009 to 2010. Cindy subsequently joined AIA Shared Services as the Deputy Head of Service Delivery - BPO from 2010 to 2011. Finally, Cindy joined Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad, where they have held various positions including Director of Customer Service, Programme Director, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience & Service Delivery.

Cindy Cheong obtained a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 1993, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Psychology from Heriot-Watt University in 2015.
