Fabrizio Rutschmann

Fabrizio Rutschmann has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the HR field. Fabrizio served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Oman Cables Industry SAOG since April 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Prysmian Group starting from June 2010, where they held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer and served as the Remuneration & Nomination Committee Secretary. From December 2005 to May 2010, Fabrizio worked at Pirelli, where they held the position of Group Director of HR & Organization. Additionally, they served as the Country General Manager in Spain from January 2009 to February 2010. Before Pirelli, Fabrizio worked at TIM Brasil from March 2003 to November 2005 as the Director of HR for TIM Brasil & Telecom Italia America Latina. Prior to that, they held multiple HR positions at Pirelli, starting from August 1999, including Director of Human Resources for Pirelli Cables & Sistems Energy, HR Director for Pirelli Tyre Italia, and HR Director for R&D and Manufacturing. Fabrizio began their career at Electrolux in May 1989, where they held various HR roles, including HR Director for the Cooking Division and HR Development Manager. Fabrizio worked there until August 1997. Throughout their career, Fabrizio has demonstrated a strong expertise in HR management and organization development.

In 1989, Fabrizio Rutschmann attended Ca' Foscari University Venezia and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Economia Aziendale/Business Administration-Management.
