Dean Young

EVP, Chief Experience Officer at PSCU

Dean Young has served as executive vice president, chief experience officer at PSCU since September 2018. In this role, he leads the development and execution of PSCU’s cross-company member experience focus, overseeing the organization’s Project Delivery and Platform Operations (PDPO), Service Delivery, Marketing, Industry Engagement and Center for Process Excellence (CPE) teams. Young has been with PSCU since 2005 and has held leadership positions in Account Management, Service Delivery and Industry Engagement.

Young has more than 25 years of experience engaging with credit unions. Prior to joining PSCU, he served as vice president of Business Development for a subsidiary of Bankers Insurance Group, where he held various relationship development, sales, finance and operational leadership roles during his 12 years with the company.

An active member of the credit union community, Young serves on the boards of the National Association of Credit Union Service Organizations (NACUSO) and the National Credit Union Foundation (NCUF), as well as numerous advisory councils. He holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from Kennedy-Western University.
