Natalia P has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Natalia has held various positions in different companies, starting from their role as a Staff Management Representative at PT. Cahayaputra Asa Keramik from January 2011 to January 2018. Natalia then worked as a Payroll at PT. Sammy Emb. from July 2009 to April 2010, followed by a position as Adm, Sys at PT. Iluva Gravure Industry from July 2007 to June 2009. In 2018, Natalia joined PT. Dunggio Drilling as a Human Resources Development Officer, where they worked until June 2019. Natalia then worked as HR & GA Site at PT. Gunung Mas Group from June 2019 to December 2019. In December 2020, they joined PT. Sinar Nirwana Sari as the Head of HR & GA Site before moving on to their current role as the Head of HR at PT. Centrepark Citra Corpora, starting from July 2021.

Natalia P attended Politeknik Tri Mitra karya Mandiri from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Diploma III in Computer Engineering.
