Putri Fajar

Putri Fajar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in a HR role at PT. DJARUM since November 2011. Prior to this position, Putri held the title of Corporate HR & GA Division Head at PT Jababeka Tbk. from January 2004 to October 2011, where responsibilities included leading HR activities, partnering with management, and managing industrial relations. Earlier roles include working as a recruiter at Daya Dimensi Indonesia and as an HR project staff member at Arnotts Indonesia. Putri holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University of Indonesia.
