Dr. Jackie Rogers

Dr. Jackie Rogers has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, beginning in 2001 as an HR Manager at Viro-Med Laboratories. In 2003, they moved to Cleaver-Brooks as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for training, recruiting, AAP/EEO, and benefits administration. In 2007, they became the Regional HR Director for U.S. South and Mexico Operations at SPX Corporation, followed by Regional HR Director for U.S. Northeast and Canada Operations in the same company. Dr. Jackie then took on the role of CEO at Tri-HR Solutions, LLC in 2012. In 2015, they became the Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources at The Centers, Inc., providing children and adults with inpatient, residential, and outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse care. Finally, in 2017, they became a Consultant at Tri-HR Solutions, Subsidiary of JANJ, and in 2022, they were appointed Senior Manager at PTG International, Inc.

Dr. Jackie Rogers has an extensive education history. Dr. Jackie is currently enrolled at Trident University International, where they are pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership. In 2022, they began taking courses at IDOL courses Academy. Dr. Jackie holds a BBA from Lubar College of Business, an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, and a Master of Science in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University. Dr. Jackie also holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame. In addition, Dr. Rogers has obtained various certifications, including Google Sites Essential Training from LinkedIn in February 2022, Power BI Essential Training from LinkedIn in October 2020, Human Resources from SHRM, Master Trainer Certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International, and an Online Teaching and Learning Certificate from Florida State University.
