Phil Sheets has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Phil is currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager at PUBG Corporation since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Owner & Lead Developer at Nanobot Studios, LLC from October 2013. Phil has also held roles at Lost Boys Interactive, where they served as the Director Of Technology from March 2021 to January 2022 and as a Technical Director from February 2020 to February 2021. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Nelnet from January 2019 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, Phil held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Mandli Communications from January 2017 to December 2018 and Senior Product Specialist from October 2013 to December 2016. Phil also worked as a Technical Animator/Technical Artist at Raven Software from April 2010 to September 2013 and as a Senior Programmer / Analyst at Great Lakes Higher Education from January 1999 to September 2009.

Phil Sheets obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University, which they pursued from 2018 to 2021. Before that, from 2009 to 2011, they attended Madison Area Technical College, where they earned an Associate Degree in Animation. Earlier in their education, from 1993 to 1998, they attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree. Phil'smajor fields of study at Indiana University were Telecommunication and Comparative Literature, with a focus on film, television, and literature.
