Elise Mann

Elise Mann has a strong background in project management and performance management within the public health sector. Elise'smost recent role was as Deputy Project Director at the Public Health Institute, where they managed a $130 million, 5-year cooperative agreement funded by USAID. Elise also served as Deputy Director of Performance Management for another USAID contract, overseeing the management and supervision of a team of 100+ employees. Elise has extensive experience in performance management and career development, having led these efforts for the Global Health Fellows Program II and its predecessor, the Global Health Fellows Program. Prior to their work at the Public Health Institute, Elise held positions at the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants and Catholic Human Development Outreach, where they focused on refugee resettlement.

Elise Mann obtained a BA in International Service/French from Valparaiso University in 2000. Elise also attended the School for International Training in 1999, but the degree and field of study are unspecified. Later, they earned a Masters of Development Administration from Western Michigan University in 2004. Additionally, they hold a certification in PMD Pro Level I.
