Zachary Jean Paradis

Zachary Jean Paradis is a seasoned professional in customer experience and innovation consulting, currently serving as the GVP of Global Experience Offering and North America CX & Innovation Consulting Lead at Publicis Sapient. Past roles include Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy and various director positions at SapientNitro, alongside senior management in customer research at Sapient. Zachary has also contributed as an adjunct professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology and was a graduate student there, earning a Master of Design in strategy and innovation management. Additionally, Zachary is a Certified Agilist in SAFe, obtained in 2020.
