Sean Holden is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level kitchen management. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Puff 'n Stuff Catering and Events since July 2015, Sean has honed skills in event catering and culinary excellence. Prior experience includes roles as Banquet Chef at Loews Hotels from August 2014 to July 2015 and Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center Hotel in 2013-2014. Sean has also held various leadership positions, including Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at multiple Hyatt Regency locations between 2008 and 2013, and Sous Chef at Westin Hotels & Resorts from 2006 to 2008. Sean's culinary education was obtained from Johnson & Wales University.
