Richard Rodrigues has extensive work experience in various industries. Richard began their career at Twin Vídeo in 2008, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative for a few months. In 2009, Richard joined the Brazilian Army as a Corporal, responsible for personnel management, administrative documentation, and training. Richard served in the Army for five years, gaining leadership and teamwork skills.

After leaving the Army in 2014, Richard worked as an Office Assistant at JHC Assessoria e Consultoria de Empresas Ltda before joining Walmart in 2015. At Walmart, they served as an Assistant for Back Office processes, handling transactional demands and ensuring timely and quality resolution.

In 2019, Richard joined Cassol Centerlar as an Import Assistant, managing the delivery of imported goods within defined timelines and optimizing costs. Richard collaborated with customs brokers and transport companies while handling invoices and inventory transfers.

In 2020, Richard joined Exact Sales as a Customer Success Analyst, focusing on customer success and the usability of the company's products. Richard implemented routines to prevent critical cases and reduce churn, identified upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and contributed to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Following this, Richard worked at Ubots in 2021 as a Manager for Customer Success. Richard closely understood the clients' businesses and operations, identified their needs, and guided them towards their objectives. Richard analyzed client performance, diagnosed issues, and proposed solutions while monitoring indicators and ensuring customer satisfaction. Richard also proactively identified potential client cancellations and used data analysis to improve customer experience and support product development.

Richard Rodrigues began their education in 2018 at UNIFAEL, where they pursued a degree in Processos Gerenciais com Complementação de Estudos em Marketing, with a focus on Gestão de Marketing. Richard completed their studies at UNIFAEL in 2021.

Richard'sother certifications include OKR: Metodologia, gestão e pratica. from Pulses, which they obtained in January 2022 and Fluência Duolingo em Espanhol: Elementar (estimativa) from Duolingo in September 2016.
