Sandra Pihl has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sandra started their career at Elfte Huset AB as an HR assistant before moving on to Trelleborg Group as an interim HR assistant. Sandra then worked as a sales representative at The Phone House before taking on HR projects at companies such as Danisco Sugar and Lunds Universitetssjukhus. Later, they joined Newell Rubbermaid as an HR coordinator for the Nordic region. Sandra then became an HR advisor at Lyreco Skandinavien and an HR manager at Newell Rubbermaid Europe, where they were responsible for HR strategy and change management. After that, they served as an HR manager at PartnerTech, overseeing various HR functions. Most recently, they are working as an HR director at Purac AB.
Sandra Pihl completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Malmö University between the years 2000 and 2004. After that, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Business Economy from Lund University from 2004 to 2006. In December 2014, Sandra obtained a certification in Thomas International (DISC) ThomasPPA och ThomasTST/GIA, though the institution is unknown.
