Kevin Parent

Kevin Parent has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kevin is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Pure Flavor® | Pure Hothouse Foods, where they provide executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's leadership team and HR operations across multiple locations in North America. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as the Director of Labor Relations at Compass Minerals, where they led the bargaining process and provided expert advice on dispute resolution. Kevin also served as the Regional Personnel and Labor Relations Manager at BASF, where they managed labor contract administration and conducted HR investigations. Kevin has also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Diageo and worked as a Human Resources Manager at Ford Motor Company, gaining extensive experience in supervisory and managerial roles across multiple divisions and locations.

Kevin Parent earned a BPA degree in Public Administration & Economics from the University of Windsor between 1987 and 1991. Kevin then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Relations at Queen's University from 1991 to 1993. Later, in 2018 and 2019, they completed an Advanced Collective Bargaining Certificate in Labor Relations at Cornell University, focusing on Labor and Industrial Relations.
