Paola Willmore is a seasoned professional in food science with extensive experience in product development and research. Currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist at Pure's Food Specialties, LLC since April 2021, Paola focuses on bakery products, particularly shelf-stable sweet snacks and cookies. Previous roles include Food Scientist II at Tyson Foods, where product development for various meat products was emphasized, and ITQ Technologist at General Mills, specializing in dry dinner and seasoning technology. Paola's career began with roles at Kraft Foods Group, where contributions included meat science research and product ideation.
