Simmy Sidhu, M.Eng, P.Eng, CSSBB, B.Eng, currently serves as a Regional Field Engineering Specialist II at Purolator International, focusing on IT-related business solutions and operational improvements. As the CEO and Founder of Drastic Drinks Inc., Simmy manages a team of interns and collaborates with educational institutions to mentor students in the beverage industry. Additionally, Simmy has experience as a professor at Niagara College, teaching Operations Management, and previously held engineering roles at Baxter International Inc., RicSim Beverages, Shelley Automation, and Johnson & Johnson. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Guelph.
