Jessica Payn

Jessica Payn is a seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Divisional HR Manager at Purolator since December 2012, Jessica leads a team of HR professionals in implementing consistent HR practices throughout British Columbia, focusing on labour relations, recruitment, talent management, and attendance management. Prior to this, Jessica held positions such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Consultant at lululemon athletica inc. and served as an Employment Services Coordinator at THEO BC. Early experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Allegis Group, specializing in finance and accounting placements. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
