Sophie Pepper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales within the foodservice industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Development and Partnerships at Purple Carrot since October 2023, Sophie previously held the role of Channel Sales Growth Manager at Impossible Foods, where key responsibilities included leading programs to enhance foodservice business growth. Prior to that, Sophie contributed as a Project Manager and Senior Outreach Associate at This Is Not A Ketubah and Imperfect Foods, respectively.
