Katharina Gerding

Katharina Gerding is the current HR Director Nordic+ at PVH. Katharina has previously held positions as the Nordic HR Director at Sephora, HR konsulent at Gebr. Heinemann Retail ApS, and Nordic HR Partner Wholesale at Esprit de Corp. Danmark A/S.

Gerding’s experience includes talent management, talent acquisition, recruitment and staffing, training and employee orientation, employment and compliance to regulatory concerns, employee relations, internal communication, employee safety, welfare and health, HR processes, and HR administration.

Katharina Gerding has a Master of Science in Human Resources from the Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Aarhus University. Katharina also attended Mankato West high school.
