Joshua Matheny's work experience includes a variety of roles in the customer success field. Joshua most recently worked at Autodesk Construction Solutions as the Manager, Customer Success, East Coast, starting in August 2020. Before that, they worked at Pype, where they held the positions of Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager from March 2020 to the present. In 2018, they worked at BlueCart as the Manager, Customer Success, leading a team responsible for onboarding, training, and support for over 300 accounts. Prior to that, they worked at Knovos as a Customer Success and Solutions Specialist from December 2017 to June 2018. Before their roles in customer success, Joshua worked at Canvas, starting as a Mobile Application Consultant in May 2013 and eventually becoming an Enterprise Account Executive in July 2015. Joshua focused on onboarding, retention, and training for new clients, as well as identifying upsell opportunities. Joshua also worked as a Senior Mobile App Consultant and was responsible for qualifying leads and providing support for prospective and current clients.

Joshua Matheny received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in European History from Old Dominion University from 2010 to 2013. In addition, they obtained several certifications as a Project Manager from Procore Technologies, including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Construction Financials) in December 2018, Procore Certified: Project Manager (Field Productivity) in December 2018, and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) in October 2018.
