Monica Strickland

Monica Strickland has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Monica started their career in 1999 as a Licensed Trainee Real Estate Appraiser/Realtor at Dolan & Associates. Monica then worked as a Licensed Realtor at Carpenter Realtors from 2003 to 2004. Strickland joined House Investments LLC in 2004 as an Executive Assistant in the Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Department, where they worked until 2008. From 2009 to 2016, they held various roles at StreetLinks Lender Solutions, including Quality Control Team Lead/Underwriter, Quality Control Manager, and Account Manager/Client Advocate. Strickland worked as the Vice President of Operations at Nationwide Appraisal Network from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they joined 7th Ave Realty, LLC as a Licensed Real Estate Agent until 2020 when they became a Licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in Nationwide Referrals at Realty Connect. Currently, they are working at Triserv Appraisal Management Solutions, where they have served as a Client Relationship Manager/Regional Sales Manager and is now the Director of Client Success.

Monica Strickland's education history includes obtaining a Residential Real Estate Sales License from the Tampa School of Real Estate in 2017. In 1999 to 2001, they also achieved a Real Estate Salesperson Certification and a Real Estate Trainee Appraiser Certification from RECP in Indianapolis. Additionally, they obtained a Real Estate Sales Associate certification from the Tampa School of Real Estate in November 2017.
