Kirsty Bennett

Kirsty Bennett has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kirsty is currently working at PZ Cussons as the Head of Project Management - Supply Chain since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Seven Scent Ltd from 2012 to 2022, where they held roles as Fragrance Business Partner and Supply Chain Business Partner. At Seven Scent Ltd, they effectively managed the relationship between Seven and the global PZC Operating Units, leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful new product development projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Before joining Seven Scent Ltd, Kirsty worked at The Co-operative Group as a Project Officer from 2011 to 2012, where they played a key role in a large, complex business transformation project in the Food business. Their responsibilities included facilitating project team meetings, tracking and managing project dependencies, and creating/maintaining project plans and logs.

Prior to that, Kirsty worked as a Project Manager at Kenexa from 2010 to 2011, where they developed and executed training programs for major international brands. Kirsty also worked as a Senior Client Services Coordinator at the Centre for High Performance Development from 2007 to 2010, providing project support and managing client relationships.

Earlier in their career, Kirsty held administrative roles at Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust and Delta Fire and Security Protection Ltd.

Kirsty Bennett received their BSc degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loughborough University between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they pursued A Levels at Blackburn College, Lancashire from 1999 to 2001, specializing in Mathematics, Communication Studies, and Biology. Additionally, Kirsty has a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
