Raghav Agrawal

Raghav Agrawal has extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, with a focus on personal care and home care products. Raghav is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Dabur International Ltd. Prior to their current role, they served as the Personal Care and Home Care Director (Global) - EVP at PZ Cussons. Raghav also held the position of CEO at Emami Ltd. Raghav spent a significant portion of their career at Unilever, where they held various leadership roles such as Personal Care / Skin Category Leader Europe, Global Baby Portfolio Leader, Personal Care (Skin Category) Leader - Middle East, Russia, and North Africa, Global Category Director, and Global PC Marketing Director. Raghav began their career at Unilever in various sales and marketing positions in India.

Raghav Agrawal has a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Raghav also attended Doon School and obtained an ISC degree. Additionally, Raghav has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, with a focus on Marketing & Finance.
