Emily Rickson Astry has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Emily is currently the Director of Recruiting at Q Consulting, where they focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in IT and management consulting. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Horizontal Talent, where they led strategic initiatives for internal delivery teams and developed recruiting strategies for building a diverse talent pipeline. Emily also has experience as a Senior Recruiter at ThreeBridge, where they consistently exceeded hiring metrics and managed multiple job openings. Additionally, they participated in Remote Year, a program that brought together digital nomads to work and travel in different cities globally. Emily started their career as an Engineering Technical Recruiter at Aerotek and gained international experience as a Project Coordinator Intern at the Dubai International Financial Centre.
