Paul John Palamara

Paul John Palamara began their work experience as an Administrative Assistant at Green Pasture People Management Incorporation in December 2016. Paul John then worked as a Guest Relations Executive at Karpet Kleen Services from December 2017 to January 2019. After that, they joined Lalamove as an Operations Associate (Training Associate) from January 2019 to August 2020. In this role, they collaborated with management heads and training designers to improve the training and on-boarding process for drivers. Paul John also conducted driver assessments and managed inventory. From September 2020 to October 2021, Palamara served as an Operations Associate for Driver Management at Lalamove, where they focused on driver quality improvement and conducted investigations into reported cases. Additionally, they managed Viber communities for fleets and implemented protocols for driver retention. From November 2021 to May 2022, they worked as the Driver Management Lead / PIC for Operations at Lalamove. In this position, they managed a team of six members, provided weekly reports on key performance indicators, and delivered monthly competitor benchmarking reports. Currently, Palamara is working as a Merchant Operations Executive at Qashier starting from December 2022.

Paul John Palamara completed their Bachelor of Technical Teacher Education degree at Marikina Polytechnic College, Marikina City between 2011 and 2015. Their field of study during this time was Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology. Additionally, in September 2021, they obtained a certification in Creative Thinking Skills for Managers and Leaders Training from BusinessCoach, Inc.
