Gwen Scott is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in leadership and learning across notable organizations. Prior to joining QBE, Gwen spent over 14 years at Burberry, focusing on talent strategy implementation and management across the Americas, overseeing initiatives for recruitment, performance, and leadership development. Gwen's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources from London South Bank University, complemented by studies at The London College of Fashion.
