Darby Losey

Darby Losey is currently employed as a Machine Learning Researcher at Qeexo starting in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a PhD Researcher in Machine Learning and Neural Computation at Carnegie Mellon University from August 2017 to May 2023. In 2016, they worked as a Deep Learning Engineer at Neubay, Inc., and from March 2013 to June 2016, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington, where they implemented decoding algorithms for brain-computer interfacing and published three papers and a patent.

Darby Losey is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Machine Learning and Neural Computation at Carnegie Mellon University from 2017 to 2023. Prior to this, they received a Master of Science - MS degree in Machine Learning Research from Carnegie Mellon University from 2017 to 2020. Darby completed their Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Computer Science, Neurobiology at the University of Washington from 2012 to 2016.
