Sharon Urquhart has a diverse work experience in instructional design, learning and development, and organizational change analysis. Sharon began their career as a Project Officer and Business Architecture Support Officer at CUA - Credit Union Australia Limited in 2011. From there, they transitioned to the role of Training Specialist before joining Hewlett-Packard as a Learning & Development Delivery Specialist in 2014. In 2015, Sharon worked as a Learning and Development Consultant at Vita Group Limited. Sharon then joined the Australian Taxation Office as an Organizational Change Analyst in 2016. Additionally, they had two separate roles at Boeing, first as an eLearning Specialist from 2016-2017 and later as an Instructional System Designer from 2017-2019. After that, Sharon worked at TechnologyOne as a Learning Designer from 2019-2021. Sharon then joined Michael Hill as an Instructional Designer from 2021-2022 before moving to their current role as a Learning Designer at QIC in 2023.
