She specializes in leading organizational development strategies to build and retain a high-performing workforce for corporate agility and mission-led innovation. She is dedicated to international, multi-cultural workforces, like QinetiQ’s, and comes from a career marked with achievement in mergers and acquisitions, global operations, and working with cleared employees. Her capabilities extend from developing strategies for and implementing broad, enterprise-level HR systems down to change management, leadership coaching, and talent development initiatives for individual employees to maximize their effectiveness, engagement and job satisfaction across changing environments and systems.
