Gabriella Santos has a diverse professional background, starting from roles in sales and recruitment to coaching and HR management. With a bachelor's degree in International Communication and Media, Gabriella has developed a strong skill set in communication and people management. Currently, Gabriella holds a position as a Talent Manager at QISS IT, where Gabriella oversees the development of IT trainees and professionals, among other responsibilities. Prior to this, Gabriella worked as an Opleidingscoach NLP at Sluis NLP Instituut and gained experience in academic research at Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication.
