Jaime M. has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. From 2000 to 2004, Jaime worked as a Systems Support Specialist II at Spirent Communications, where they provided support for sales personnel and customers on Spirent software and hardware environments, AIX servers, HP-UX servers, and Informix databases. They also lead system support for CenterOp Sentry, a network fault management tool, and mentored in LAN Camp sessions. From 2004 to 2006, Jaime worked as a Systems Engineer at Spirent Federal Systems, managing the primary account for DISA for Perform/ATM/AX 4000/ThreatEx systems. They also provided network design, Spirent hardware and software selection as well as implementation for NIH, JSIC, Verizon Federal and Coast Guard. From 2006 to 2008, Jaime worked as a Network Systems Administrator II at Sprint Nextel, providing expertise for fault management infrastructure design, developing custom Netcool rules for multiple network devices, and providing technical training sessions for Tier 1 support team. From 2008 to 2016, Jaime worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Time Warner Cable, where they architected, implemented and supported Enterprise Splunk clustered environment, Splunk ES clustered environment for Cybersecurity and Commercial teams, Enterprise CA Spectrum topology and alarming tool, and Enterprise CA Performance Center. Lastly, from 2016 to present, Jaime has been working as Vice President Of Services, Director Of Strategic Services, and Principal Security Architect at Qmulos.

Jaime M. is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Maryland Global Campus. They have also obtained a number of certifications, including Transitioning to Splunk Cloud, Accredited Qmulos Products Delivery, Certified Q-Audit Deployment, Certified Q-Audit End User, Certified Q-Compliance Deployment, Certified Q-Compliance End User, Splunk Enterprise Security Certified Admin, Splunk Core Certified Consultant, Splunk Core Certified Power User, Splunk Core Certified User, Splunk Enterprise Certified Admin, Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect, and CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP).
