WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We seek highly motivated college Juniors and Seniors to join our team for a part-time, paid, fall semester 2024 internship. The ideal intern candidate is highly motivated, nimble, takes initiative, and is excited to learn. Our interns work in line with our Associates on client engagements for organizations across a wide range of industries, including but not limited to technology, healthcare, finance and entertainment. Through this work, interns will quickly learn to work collaboratively and be a part of interacting with and advising clients directly, a unique opportunity for those in early career positions.

  • Understand how research conducted in the context of the cultural landscape and the market environment guide the strategic thinking required to drive businesses and their reputations forward

  • Leverage strong time management and organizational skills

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the design and execution of client engagements, including drafting proposals, research memos and other external reports, and presenting them to clients
  • Develop, implement and analyze a wide range of qualitative and quantitative studies, such as proprietary polling, focus groups and other research methodologies
  • Assist in developing communication strategies and recommendations based on custom research  
  • Participate in project management by engaging with internal and external stakeholders on project logistics  
  • Effectively take direction and excel at task management in a timely and accurate manner

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • College junior or senior for the current academic year
  • Proficiency in Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) suites
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Passion for learning

COMPENSATION

Successful interns may be offered full time employment contingent on degree completion.
