Zorana Mihic

Zorana Mihic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research operations and project management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Research Operations at Quadrant Strategies since July 2021, Zorana has held various roles within the company, including Director and Senior Manager. Prior to this, Zorana worked at Ivy Exec as Project Manager for Market Insights. Zorana's career also includes a position as Account Manager/Recruiter at Randstad Technologies US and Program Coordinator for External Events and Conference Programs at Northeastern University. Zorana holds a Master of Science in Organizational Communications from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Psychology from Univerzitet u Novom Sadu.
