Yyana Fowles

Yyana Fowles, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Yyana started their career in the US Army as an Automated Logistical Specialist from September 1998 to August 2002. Following their military service, Yyana worked as a Business Services - Recruiter at CareerSource Pinellas from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Kelly Services as a Sr. Staffing Supervisor for a year. Yyana then transitioned to Eckerd Connects in 2018, where they served as a Human Resources Compliance Specialist until November 2018. Afterward, they joined Quala as an HR Coordinator in November 2018. Yyana's contributions and skills were recognized, and they were promoted to Human Resources Generalist in May 2019 and later to Sr. Human Resources Generalist in May 2021.

Yyana Fowles, PHR has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Science and Policy (ESP) from the University of South Florida. In 2017, they also obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
