Sara Hartary

Sara Hartary is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Value Creator and Exit Planner at Quantive since May 2023, where leadership in the Business Performance Group focuses on enhancing operational brilliance and maximizing enterprise value for CEO Founders. Prior to this, Sara founded BizOps Solved, providing consultancy services for entrepreneurs and small businesses, and contributed as Principal and Fractional COO at Hartary Consulting. Extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, and operational improvement spans previous roles at UDig, Navy Federal Credit Union, Livingston International, NTELX, Ascentium Corporation, and Excella. Sara holds a BS and MSIS in Communication from Rutgers University.
