Brian Gorman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brian currently holds the position of Vice President of Program Development and Senior Coach at Quantuvos, a professional development community. In this role, they are responsible for developing programs and providing coaching services. Prior to this, Brian served as the Director of Program Development, Senior Coach, and Advisory Board Member at Quantuvos. Brian played a key role in providing scalable coaching solutions to organizations and personalized experiences to individuals.

Before joining Quantuvos, Brian worked as a Transformational Change Coach at TransformingLives.Coach since 2006. In this role, they supported individuals and organizations in navigating difficult changes. Brian primarily focused on coaching, facilitation, and providing tools and techniques to help clients achieve their goals.

Brian also served as the Managing Editor at Change Management Review starting from 2017. Additionally, they worked at Do-Be Associates as a BE - Executive Coach, where they combined business improvement consulting and executive coaching to assist business owners in aligning their actions with their purpose.

Brian's previous experiences include roles at Conner Partners, Forbes Coaches Council, DMR/Fujitsu Consulting, Milano: The New School for Management & Urban Policy, ODR, Inc., and AIDS Futures Initiative. During these roles, they worked on various projects related to methodology development, strategy execution, change management, faculty instruction, and leadership in the field of AIDS response.

Brian Gorman's education history begins in 1967 when they enrolled at Syracuse University. Brian pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology and completed their studies in 1971.

Gorman continued their education at the University of Oklahoma, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Relations. This degree was obtained from 1973 to 1975.

From 1974 to 1976, Gorman attended The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Gorman has obtained several certifications. In June 2019, they became a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise through the NLGBT Chamber of Commerce. In October 2016, they received a certification as a Certified Professional Coach from The Goldvarg Consulting Group and the International Coaching Federation. Gorman also holds the designation of Certified Circle Keeper (Restorative Justice) from Planning Change, obtained in July 2017.

Most recently, Gorman acquired a series of certifications from the Genius Unlocked Coaching Institute in March 2022. These include Hypnotherapy Practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, and Time Line Therapy(R) Practitioner. Furthermore, in February 2021, they obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation.
