Julie Spencer

Julie Spencer has a diverse range of work experience in communications and stakeholder engagement. Julie has held various roles in different companies and industries. Julie'sroles have included managing community engagement, leading teams, providing strategic direction, and developing business strategies. Julie has experience in working on infrastructure projects, including Cross River Rail and Airport Link. Julie has also worked with government organizations such as Brisbane City Council and Moreton Bay Regional Council. Julie's expertise lies in stakeholder engagement, communications, and building trust with communities.

Julie Spencer completed their Bachelor of Business degree in Communication at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 1993 to 1996. In 2010, they earned a Certificate in Public Participation from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Australasia.
