Kriti Pradhan

Kriti Pradhan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and human resources management. Currently serving as an Executive Committee Member and Life Member of HR Society Nepal since July 2022, Kriti holds the position of Associate Manager for Strategic Planning & HR at Quest Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. since February 2021. Previously, Kriti worked at Jawalakhel Group of Industries as Assistant Manager in HR and Senior HR Officer from September 2016 to January 2021, and held the role of HR Officer at Growth Sellers Pvt. Ltd. from June 2015 to September 2016. Kriti's educational background includes a Post Graduate Degree in Counseling Psychology from Tri-Chandra Multiple Campus, an MBA with a specialization in HR from Kathmandu University School of Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ace Institute of Management, and an ISc in Science from St. Xavier's College.
