Irene Di Bartolo Molina, MPS has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Irene is currently working as a Product Manager for Quext IoT since 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and worked as a Design Manager at Di Bartolo Design-Research, where they identified growth opportunities for clients and applied human-centered design principles.

In 2020, Irene served as a Product Management Consultant and later as a Product Manager CX Design at dwellio. In these roles, they created scenarios, developed branding strategies, and contributed to customer analysis and the business plan.

Before that, Irene co-founded a startup called The Lot Pop, where they were involved in all aspects of business development and built professional relationships with potential investors and partners.

Irene also has experience working at Pratt Institute as a Graduate Assistant, providing administrative and logistical support for events. Irene pursued a Master's degree in Design Management during this time.

Irene's previous roles include serving as a Creative Director at Makará Global Creative Management, an Interior and Product Design Consultant at BTS Design Innovation, a Backstage Manager at Ypsigrock Music Festival, and a Brand, Media, Communications Manager and Buyer at Calico Jack España.

Irene Di Bartolo Molina, MPS began their education at Smithville High School from 2009 to 2010. Irene then attended Università degli Studi di Milano from 2011 to 2012, where they studied scienze internazionali e istituzioni europee. Later, Irene pursued their Bachelor's degree in Interior Design at Istituto Europeo di Design from 2012 to 2015. Lastly, they attended Pratt Institute from 2017 to 2019, completing a degree in Design Management with a focus on Design and Applied Arts.
