This role goes beyond traditional account management, requiring a strategic and confident professional to cultivate close relationships with top influencers and C-level executives. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate across internal departments to orchestrate the delivery and optimization of our services for an exclusive portfolio of customers. Serving as a subject matter expert on Modernize's digital marketing and lead generation solutions, you will not only consult with clients to develop strategies that maximize outcomes, ensure ROI, and create unparalleled customer satisfaction but also leverage your analytical prowess to provide in-depth insights. Your ability to conduct analytics and deliver comprehensive reports will empower clients with the data needed to make informed decisions, further solidifying Modernize Home Services as the go-to partner for innovative and data-driven solutions in the home services industry.
