Justin Henderson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Justin most recently worked at QuinStreet as a Business Development role focusing on credit cards and banking. Prior to that, they served as a Business Development & Partnerships Associate at OppFi, a high-growth online financial services company. Justin also had a role as a Digital Marketing Supervisor at McDonald's and worked in events, entertainment, and partnerships at the Chicago Bears. Additionally, Henderson gained experience in brand activations and program coordination at KemperLesnik, served as a Tour Manager and Properties Project Assistant at Intersport, and worked as a Game Day Intern/Street Team Marketer at the Chicago Blackhawks. Justin also held positions at Northwestern University, Kellogg Executive Education, and Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co, where they gained experience in accounting services, marketing, and data analysis.

Justin Henderson attended Cherry Hill High School East from 2006 to 2010, where they did not receive a degree or have a specific field of study. Justin then pursued a Bachelor of Humanities in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Penn State University from 2010 to 2014. After completing their bachelor's degree, Justin attended Northwestern University from 2015 to 2016 to earn a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Business Writing and Communications. In 2016, they also participated in a Professional Certificate Program in Business Administration and Management at Duke University. Subsequently, Justin pursued a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at Northwestern University from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, Justin obtained two certifications: "Corporate Finance: Robust Financial Modeling" from LinkedIn in February 2022, and "Asking for and Getting What You Want" from LinkedIn in January 2022.
