Melissa Lyon

Melissa Lyon is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in workforce management and software implementation. Currently serving as a WFM Application Specialist at Quinyx since April 2021, Melissa facilitates software implementations for medium-sized clients, acts as a subject matter expert on workforce management and AI solutions, and manages project delivery. Prior positions include Implementation Specialist at Campus Cafe Software, where Melissa managed multiple software projects and developed new business processes, and Implementation Consultant for Blackbaud, specializing in education management solutions. Additionally, Melissa has held various roles in career development and advising at the University of New Hampshire and the University of Florida, demonstrating expertise in career services, student engagement, and workforce initiatives. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stockton University.
