Pilani Mathanda

Pilani Mathanda has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. They started their career in 2012 at Alberta Health Services, where they worked in HR. In 2016, they joined the Town of Whitecourt as a Human Resources Advisor until 2018. From 2018 onwards, Pilani moved to the Municipality District, where they served as a Human Resources Manager. In 2021, they joined Qulliq Energy Corporation as a Staffing & Recruiting Officer and later became the Manager of Staffing & Recruitment. Currently, Pilani is also affiliated with a public sector organization as an HR & Compensation Consultant.

Pilani Mathanda received a CPM degree in Payroll Management from the Canadian Payroll Association, starting in 2005 and completing in 2008. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, Pilani pursued a Bsc Hons. degree in Human Resources at the University of Zimbabwe.
