Randall Strehlow has had a varied work experience. Randall began in 2014 as a Cashier/Server/Catering Assistant at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation. In 2017, they began working at IP Services as a System Analyst, where they supervised and maintained high availability systems and applications on a team in the Network Operations Center for a wide variety of clients. Randall also provided computer help desk support via telephone communications and performed diagnostics and troubleshooting of system issues. Randall also completed routine quality control activities and contributed to an internal project. In 2019, they began working at Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) as an Information Technology Specialist I, where they provided basic to intermediate frontline technical assistance and computer support to EWEB's internal end users. Randall was also responsible for triaging work intake through Service Desk management system (Jira) and assisted with configuring, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining enterprise workstations, laptops, tablets, smart phones, multifunction printers, and other peripheral devices. Randall also began working at Quorum in 2019 as a Tier 1 Support Engineer.

Randall Strehlow attended Lane Community College from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a degree in Computer Network Operations with a focus in Computer Systems Networking. Prior to that, they attended the University of Oregon from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Randall'story.
