Caitlin Garcia

Caitlin Garcia, SHRM-CP, currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at 66degrees, a role they started in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cloudbakers as both Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager, where they played a key role in providing cloud-based solutions for mid-market companies. Caitlin also served as a Marketing Coordinator at Cloudbakers. Earlier in their career, Caitlin gained valuable experience at CMG Marketing, where they provided various services and gained insights into running a successful business. Caitlin also worked as a New Business Development Manager at Staff Management, where they implemented staffing solutions for new clients and managed day-to-day operations. Prior to that, they held internships at Seaton Corporation and Staff Management, where they gained experience in marketing and design, as well as national crew desk operations.

Caitlin Garcia, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from Indiana University Bloomington (2006-2010). In addition, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in March 2016.
