Vladimirs Korickis has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the tech industry. During this time, they also held the position of Board Member for CV Keskus Estonia. In 2011, Korickis joined HeadHunter Group as the Director of New Projects, focusing on business development. In 2015, they joined AVITO.ru, initially as the Head of Avito Jobs, where they played a crucial role in the significant growth and market share increase of Avito Jobs within the Russian classifieds market. Vladimirs Korickis then became the Head of Sales Channels Development, driving positive business impact and sales growth. Most recently, starting in 2019, Korickis became the Chief Commercial Officer for Работа.ру. In this role, they led various teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Product. Vladimirs Korickis holds a diverse educational background.
