Julia Gerlach

Julia Gerlach has over 10 years of work experience in various roles related to project management, facility management, and consulting. Since November 2021, they have been working as a Project Manager/Business Manager at Race for the Baltic, a non-profit organization focused on improving the health of the Baltic Sea. Prior to that, they worked at Klarna as an Organization Development Manager from February 2020 to March 2021, where they were responsible for project management, real estate expansion, and sustainability matters. From December 2018 to February 2020, they worked at H&M as a Strategic Facility Manager, overseeing facility management for new business stores and leading projects to enhance real estate and facility management processes. Before that, they held roles at Tenant & Partner, Cresnia, Profi Fastigheter, Klarna AB, Samverkansforum, and Humlegården Fastigheter AB, gaining experience in consulting project management, market development, customer care, administration management, and controller assistance. Julia Gerlach obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Real Estate and Finance from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in the year 2014.
