Moniginia (Monée) Pressley, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Moniginia (Monée) started their career at Temple University as an Administrative Coordinator. Moniginia (Monée) then worked at Volunteers of America Delaware Valley as an Executive Coordinator to the President/CEO. After that, they joined the University of Pennsylvania as an HR Administrator in the Office of the Vice President. Moniginia (Monée) then transitioned to Delaware County Community College where they served as a Part-Time Faculty member. Subsequently, they joined Drexel University as an HR Compliance Specialist and later as an HR Administrator in the Office of the Vice President. Monée then worked at Sallie Mae as a Manager and then as a Director of HR Compliance. Moniginia (Monée) continued their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Vice President of Global HR Control Management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, People Practices - HR Compliance at Radian.

Moniginia (Monée) Pressley, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Moniginia (Monée) also earned a Master of Education degree in Educational Administration (Higher Education Administration) from Temple University. Moniginia (Monée) completed their high school education at Central High School and obtained additional certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI.
