Tobias Hansmark began their career in 2011 as a Säljare at Stadium. In 2017, they took on the role of Account Manager at SELLBYTEL Group Spain, where they worked with existing customers through the full sales cycle from first call to negotiation and closing deals. In 2018, they became the Wholesale Manager - SHOE SHAME and Field Manager at BRUNNGÅRD, where they were responsible for setting up a wholesale and retail network in northern Europe for the new and edgy Sneaker care brand Shoe Shame and worked closely together with key local retailers to drive sales within their respective region. Currently, they hold the role of Key Account Manager, EMEA at Radinn, where they have the overall responsibility of maintaining and developing a good long-term relationship with new and existing customers throughout EMEA. Tobias works strategically with the company's key customers, focusing on eliciting customers' needs and ensuring that these are produced and met.

Tobias Hansmark attended Lund University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Service Management. Prior to that, they studied International Business & Marketing at the University of Tampa from 2012 to 2013.
