VP, Customer Success at Rafay

Cathy Grim is the Vice President of Customer Success at Rafay. Cathy has over 20 years of experience in customer success and operations management.

Cathy started their career as an Operations Manager at GameSpy Inc. in 1996. Cathy then moved to BMC Software where they worked as a Technical Analyst for 7 years. In 2005, they joined McAfee Inc. as a Senior Tier III Support Engineer. While at McAfee, they were promoted to Senior Director Worldwide Customer Operations. Cathy held this position for 8 years until they left to join Cylance Inc. as the Senior Director Worldwide Customer Operations in 2013. Cathy was with Cylance for 6 years before joining BlackBerry as the Senior Director Worldwide Customer Operations in 2019.

In May 2021, Cathy left BlackBerry to join rThreat as the VP Customer Success and Operations. In their current role, they help clients prevent cyber attacks with the rThreat Next Generation Zero Trust Breach and Attack Emulation (BAE) platform.

Cathy Grim attended Coleman University for their undergraduate degree in software engineering and then Troy High School for their certification in (ISC)² as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. Cathy also has a certification from CompTIA in Security +.

They are on a team with Sean Wilcox - SVP, Marketing, Hemanth Kavuluru - SVP Engineering & Co-founder, and Mohan Atreya - SVP, Product & Solutions. Cathy Grim reports to Haseeb Budhani, CEO & Co-founder.
